Small fit
2I use the fins to swim long, timed, interval training workouts to take the pressure off shoulders. My feet are women's size 10 so I bought size L for 9.5-10.5 and they were so small I could barely get my feet in them. My feet cramped from being so tight and my toes got blisters from rubbing the edge of the toe opening. I bought the next size up and they were still too small, my toes are rubbed to blisters again. To add insult to injury, my heels keep popping out of the back of the fin during wall push-off despite the tightness in the toes, the heel is too flimsy and does not stay on. These fins are wider and shorter than my last set of fins and I like the type of propulsion I achieve with them but I can not wear them due to the problems mentioned above. I have gone back to my old fins.

1I used the fins one time while working out in the pool. They worked well for the first set and then they ripped as I was putting them back on for the second set. They seemed to work very well and they were very comfortable but then they ripped. I wish the soft rubber was more rip resistant.

5I've been swimming competitively for 40 years. Have used many different types of fins. These might be the best combination of materials and fit for my purpose which is for moderate paced kicking with a board. Very comfortable.

3Item was used during a pre-trip testing phase in a swimming pool. The product is great when swimming through the water. There seems to be not much resistance when swimming at a fast pace. Very smooth. The fit was tight on both my left and right toes. It eventually broke after approximated 9 hrs. of use. The left top of the fin by the toe holes ripped when I tried to adjust the fit. Event though my particular item might be a possible factory defect, I would still recommend it to anyone.

4Bought them for my 4-yr.old granddaughter. She's taken swim lessons, and the fins really helped her work on her technique while getting through the water. If they floated they'd be perfect! They were a little big and fell of a few times. That can be fixed by wearing socks until she grows into them.

1Have used speedo fins for many years for laps in pool and in ocean off Palm Beach, FL. Took years for them to tear on each side over the toes. This new pair tore in just over a month; two several inch tears on one fin and two inch-long tears on the other. I'm going to try again with a new pair but I'm afraid the product is not made as well as before. Also, in my size, 10 1/2, the color is gray and black, which is both ugly for swim gear and makes them hard to retrieve if one gets away from you in the ocean because they're so hard to see.
