4I purchased this as a maternity bathing suit. I took up swimming when I was 10 weeks pregnant. I bought one size up and it was a comfortable fit throughout my entire pregnancy. My only issue is that the fabric started to deteriorate after 5-6 months. I swam 3-4 times a week through my second trimester and 2-3 times a week in my third trimester in a chlorine pool. I am new to swimming, so maybe this deterioration is expected with that level of use (and/or my growing belly). Overall, I highly recommend this as a maternity suit.

what a horrible experience.... worst customer service ever
1never received my purchase item. instead of the woman's size 8 bathing suit i ordered i received a pair of swim trunks that'd fit a 4 year old. at first speedos customer service told me to return the trunks. i refused because i already paid shipping on what i ordered. they emailed me a return label. speedo refused to refund my money saying they would refund me after they got my "return". it's been more than a week and i've not gotten my bathing suit or my refund. it's been a extremely trying experience and hopefully speedo will refund my money..... i'm telling everyone i know to shop elsewhere.

Bust was big for 34B, but nice coverage, slick surface
5I swim about 15 laps 1x a week. Overall, this suit has stood up well. It's really well-lined without being as bulky as some comparative conservative suits. Sometimes suits that are polyester and well-lined can end up feeling heavy in the water. I didn't find that to be the case with this suit. I am a 34B and bigger through the hips then on top. 160lbs, 5ft5in, size 10 was just a hair too big, especially on the top, but it did the trick. Suit lasted one year in a college swimming pool, 15 min in the hot tub after every swim. I wouldn't say the suit has ever sagged, the outer lining is just pilling in the back after one year of use. I would definitely buy this suit again, though I would prefer something with a little less of a padded bra (just a shelf bra) and something that was cut a little tighter in the chest.

3It would be more comfortable if it was sized for a short person. I got it because I want the X-Back to prevent straps from sliding off my narrow shoulders.

5The fit was excellent. The size 4 was just what I needed since I am a petite older woman. I use it for the therapy pool.
