Moderate Ultraback Powerflex
I wore the Speedo Moderate Ultraback Powerflex suit approximately 30 times to swim laps (for 1 hour each swim session) in a chlorinated pool. The suit has disintegrated in the torso area, stretched out of shape, and faded from black to gray. I have swum my entire life and worn many brands of suits (including wearing Speedos competitively when I was younger). This is the worst performing suit I have ever worn.

This suit completely faded, in record time. I wore it maybe twelve times, and had to throw it in the garbage, it was so unevenly faded. A real disappointment, with speedo for selling such an inferior product.

First bad experience
I have had this style in navy blue and black in the past 2 years and a suit does well from May through August although it did fade and stretch out of shape which I expect after swimming daily. I thought I would try this bright blue for something different. After 3 swims in my apartment's pool swimming for an hour each time, the color has changed from royal blue to gray. I rinsed it after each swim as I always do. I do not know how this happened but it is distressing. The brighter blue remains in some of the edging.

no I would not buy this suit again
I swim 4 days a week. Loved style and feel at first. purchased 2 one black one purple and purple faded very fast! Black was ok with fading. But both suits did NOT LAST! I was very disappointed in the quality of this swim fabric! Where is your Ultra Endurance Fabric? That fabric was quality! This new powerflex fabric is terrible for the price of this suit! I would never recommend to buy this suit!!!

love this fit!
i swim all the time, so need a durable suit. I love the shelf bra and this fabric is very comfortable. wish i could find more one pieces w/ the shelf bra for more variety. more colors would be nice

Conservative, maybe too much?
I use this suit strictly for aerobics group classes. I prefer to be modest when in that setting. I have two other Speedo suits I wear when lap swimming, this suit is too "roomy" and the coverage is too great for efficient lap swimming.

Disappointed.
I've bought Speedo suits for years and loved them. My last purchase wasn't good. I had to stitch the crotch since the suit was so long (torso) and the legs were uncomfortable, because around the thigh is was a big opening that didn't fit my thighs. I didn't have the option of purchasing a short size 16.

Far from any quality suit - never again buying Speedo.
I have purchased Speedo moderate cut endurance suits for over 20 years - am now 71 so not looking for the racer cut but want the suit to last. I always talked up the speedo polyester suit at the pool since it was not affected by the chlorine. Purchased the powerflex as the endurance was not available in the moderate cut style - what trash!! I can't believe Speedo is putting their name on this suit. After about 2 months of 3 day a week lap swimming and 3 months of waiting for the pool to open after the CO-19 closing - the suit has totally self destructed. Had to get out my old Speedo I have worn for over a year of lap swimming. Will never buy a Speedo again. So disappointing.

Larger sizes- PLEASE make some with a contemporary leg cut!
Fabric is good, fit is good except the darn leg opening. It is too low, conservative and restricts movement. A little higher cut would be so much more comfortable and flattering. Not too big, but just not this 1950's look.
