When orders are packed in our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will arrive.

Our delivery options are fully tracked. If you have not received your order within the times stated for your destination and you have noticed unusual activity on your tracking number, please contact us for help.

It is possible sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will likely be delivered shortly after. Be sure to check with your neighbours and post office for more information.

Courier company guidelines state they do not consider a package lost until 15 working days have passed. After this period we log a complaint with the courier company. Please contact us for help.

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please contact us with all information you have. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our utmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience. We review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action.

If you believe your order is late and you have not yet received a card from the delivery company, you can track your order by clicking on the link of your dispatch email with your tracking ID.

Please also check what time you placed your order any orders placed after 1pm MST will be classed as if they were placed the next day. If you have received a card from the delivery company it should have a telephone number that you can call to arrange an alternative delivery.

Afterpay is an instalment payment option, a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments every 2 weeks without any interest when all payments are made on time.

Pool chemicals and oil residues can be particularly damaging to swimwear containing LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ fiber. To prevent chemical damage to SPEEDO® swimwear, rinse your SPEEDO® suit in cold water immediately after each use. Do not wash suit with any detergent. Always hang-dry your suit in a well-ventilated space, as mildew will cause premature deterioration of swimwear containing LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ fiber.

Remember that loose fitting garments do not wear as well as those that conform to the body. When putting on your SPEEDO® suit, do not pull too hard on the fabric as it may damage. It is best to pull the suit up onto the body in stages, holding the SPEEDO® suit at the leg openings.

There is no need to wear anything under board shorts. To help provide rash protection, you may want to wear compression shorts or briefs under your board shorts.

How to keep swim goggles from fogging

There are a number of reasons why swim goggles might fog up. Here are a few tips to prevent fogging:

1. Don't touch the inside of your goggle lenses. Many swim goggles come with anti-fog coating that easily wears away due to the oils on skin.
2. Try Anti-Fog Goggle Solution. Speedo offers a solution that cleans the lens surface of dirt and chemicals while keeping them fog-free and your vision clear.
3. Baby shampoo: Add a drop or two to each lens, wait 15 minutes, rinse it out, and use your goggles like normal.

The number of laps in a pool that equal a mile differ based on how big the pool is. Conventionally, a mile is 1650 meters, so divide that by the size of the pool to find the number of laps.
1650/25 meter pool=66 laps
1650/50 yard pool=33 laps

How to remove chlorine from your hair

To remove chlorine from hair, follow the steps below:

1. Wash your hair with a high quality shampoo designed for swimmers, often known as swim shampoo. These kinds of shampoos are formulated to remove chemicals that your hair picks up in the pool.
2. Rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar to remove chlorine. Use one part vinegar to four parts water, then rinse with water.

You can prevent chlorine from damaging your hair by doing the following:

1. Wet your hair before getting in the pool, and use a swim cap.
2. Use a protective hair product like silicone-based hair serum or coconut oil. Refrain from using oils with a swim cap.

How to clean swimming goggles

Caring for your swim goggles is necessary to keep them from deteriorating, being scratched, and becoming foggy. To clean your swimming goggles, you can use an Anti-Fog Goggle Solution. This will clean away dirt and oil, as well as prevent goggles from fogging while swimming.

To clean swimming goggle straps, massage soapy water into the straps and rinse it away with clean water. Keep the soapy water away from the lenses and gaskets.

How to wash a swimsuit

Washing your swimsuit can help extend the life of it. Be sure to wash your swimsuit by hand after each use.
