Had to return these
1I returned these ($6 charge from Speedo and $1 charge from UPS) because they were extremely uncomfortable for my particular face and eyes. They dug in with sharp edges. I was hoping for durable and long lasting and comfortable. I will try another style, but I will not do it via mail order and incur return charges.

Plastic potion connecting the nose piece broke after 2 weeks
2Three of my kids swim and we usually get the Vanquisher, however this pair broke after two weeks of use. We weren't even trying to adjust the nose piece but somehow the plastic part where the interchangeable part connects ended up breaking.

my favorite googles
4I use this to swim laps for over one mile/over one hour. These are the only band and style that do not give me a head ache or have me dumping out water every few laps. They are secure through the flip turns even when they are not on super tightly. The mirrored surface does seem to reduce glare in those early-morning triathlon swims outside. The anti-fog wore off by the end of the first month, but I have a spray where I can reapply it. You can customize your fit by switching out the nose bridge with one of the other sizes provided. However, they can be difficult to remove and replace, and once I broke the place where it should snap in. luckily, I was still at the store where I bought it, so the store exchanged it -- but then I asked them to switch out the nose bridge, and they struggled, too. SO its not just me. Also, I bought this new pair because the last pair broke -- right where the nose bridge hooks in. It broke right when I was pulling it over my head to begin my workout. But one they fix this nose-piece problem, these are going to be perfect!

2 pairs broke in 2 months
2I have always used Speedo goggles for the 18 years I have been swimming. I bought a new pair to replace my old ones, and after only 15 uses, they snapped in half. I ordered the same pair the same day, and they only lasted another 2 weeks. I usually love Speedo products, but I am not happy to spend $40 on goggles that didn't last.

Great Fit, Coating Doesn't Last
3Wore these for the first time in a saltwater pool for maybe 10 minutes. Immediately afterward, there was some kind of film rolling up and peeling off on the inside of the goggles. I didn't know what it was, but based on previous reviews, I guess it was the anti-fog coating? Other than that, the fit is incredible. Not a single bit of water got in there, so that part is good. I guess as long as the fit stays good and no water ever gets in, they are good goggles. Will update later if that changes.

These never arrived
1Not sure what went wrong. Ordered 3 pairs of goggles. The other 2 pairs (pink and blue vanquishers arrived in the same box. The third pair never arrived.
