I was so excited for Speedo to finally offer a longsleeve swimsuit. Sadly this one misses the mark for pool swimming. I am a Master's swimmer in southern California and am desperate for a longsleeve suit good for pool training. Most are for surfing or paddle boarding and don't hold up in the chlorine and are too loose and cause drag. This one has a mesh lining, even on the back, that lacks sufficient stretch for dynamic movements like flip turns. There is a shelfbra (with pads which obviously aren't good for swimming) that adds yet another weighty layer and is too restrictive. The fabric isn't stretchy like regular suit fabric and that means a lot of restriction in the shoulders. The neck is very tight and I have an extremely narrow, long neck. Speedo should be THE place to get a longsleeve training suit.
