The lining is a 3-inch square of gauze tacked down at the four seams in the crotch of the suit. The waist is large compared to the leg opening. I compared the waist of a small size women's to a large size men's jammer and they are identical. The men's suit has a drawstring (the women's does not) and full lining that is fully incorporated into the suit design. I would love if swimming did not necessitate weekly visits to a waxing salon, but these shorts are just throwing scraps to the starving.
