I would say all my swimmers loves this fin.

I use the fins to swim long, timed, interval training workouts to take the pressure off shoulders. My feet are women's size 10 so I bought size L for 9.5-10.5 and they were so small I could barely get my feet in them. My feet cramped from being so tight and my toes got blisters from rubbing the edge of the toe opening. I bought the next size up and they were still too small, my toes are rubbed to blisters again. To add insult to injury, my heels keep popping out of the back of the fin during wall push-off despite the tightness in the toes, the heel is too flimsy and does not stay on. These fins are wider and shorter than my last set of fins and I like the type of propulsion I achieve with them but I can not wear them due to the problems mentioned above. I have gone back to my old fins.

I used the fins one time while working out in the pool. They worked well for the first set and then they ripped as I was putting them back on for the second set. They seemed to work very well and they were very comfortable but then they ripped. I wish the soft rubber was more rip resistant.
