Speedo speedsocket is one of the best goggles in the market! It can work for both training and racing but it works better for racing as it may not be too comfortable for some people if they put it on a lot, the nose part is very comfortable for people with rather big noses like me #sweepstakes

Great antifog but it hurts too much, even after trying different adjustments. They need to make the gasket thicker in order to seal without pain.
