Great Cap
5This swim cap has been great for my long hair. I shove it into that cap and don't have to worry about my hair falling out or the cap riding up during my workout.

Least painful swim cap I have owned
5I swim up to six days a week as a competitive swimmer, and I use this cap all the time. I think the best part is I don't even need to wet the cap to put it on; just slips right on. 10/10 recommend!

5This cap does a great job of staying in place and keeping all of my long hair dry. Perhaps most importantly, it's easy to put on solo.

We thought silicone was the best cap but tore within 2 weeks
2I have long hair so I purchased this long hair cap thinking it would be better than my other non-Speedo caps but those silicone caps lasted over a year; this one tore within 2 weeks of use. Silicone needs to be thinker and/or more durable to last for at least a single swim season.
