Ran Small
2My son hasn't been able to wear them yet because they ran small and we had to return them for a larger size. Customer Service was difficult to deal with as the two separate service representatives I spoke with had very broken language which made the process take a lot longer and became frustrating at times because of the language barrier.

Too small
1I brough for my son. Before I submit the order, I checked twice on the size chart but it didn't fit. Way too small and I have to return it. Really don't like to pay return fee to get nothing. Before I return it, I wrote a letter asking about how to choose the right one. No one ever reply my email. I think I won't buy swimwear online anymore.

Great basic jammer
4Seeing a bit of pilling on the back from sitting on concrete deck. Fit is about one size too small. Nice thick tie rather than a thin string that some previous ones had. Works well.

Terrible Return Policy
1I ordered a swimsuit and received something completely different than I order, not due to my mistake. I was informed that to speed things along I should reorder the correct suit and pay for it while I wait for them to have UPS send me a return label so that I wouldn't be charged a fee. )Already crazy archaic way to handle the returns.). A week later NO email! I call customer service and talk to "Suppervisor" and am told how sorry they were but all they could do is send another email to UPS so that UPS could send me a return label. NOTHING they could do and I was quickly asked "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I asked to speak to his Supervisor and after being put on hold was told one could call me back in the next 24 HOURS!.. REALLY?! Please find another Swimsuit company to support!!!

One month only then useless
3Good as long as it lasted, in my case only one month of 5 or 4 swim practice per week. After that wears out on the back because lining is too thin.
