I would recommend this to people with light weight
4I bought this the exact same size as my measurements, but the straps definitely are too tight. Also, the fabric at the bust area doesn't have a very good coverage. Everything else about this swimsuit is exactly the same as in descriptions.

Great swim suit
4I wanted to start lap swimming and read several reviews because I was concerned about size. I'm a middle aged 5'6", 155# desk jockey and a bought a size 40. Good choice. Covers everything that needs to be covered, not see-through. No tight straps, room to freestyle and flip turn, and pretty flattering given the circumstance. 4 stars because I'm can't say anything about whether it will stretch or fade over time.

I Finally Found my suit!
5I had been away from swimming for a number of years, and, I wanted to get back to it. But, I didn't have a suit to wear, since my body had changed, and my old speedo didn't fit anymore. So, I tried about 5 different speedos. Some were too small, some were too big, and, I finally found one that was just right!

5I bought this for an intensive swimming course, and it was perfect. This suit provided coverage as well as freedom of motion.

Great Workhorse of a Suit
5This is the second time I have purchased this suit in Navy. I am 5'8" (155 lbs), 55 yrs old and fairly fit (a Division I Big 10 swimmer when the Big 10 was still just 10 State schools!) so I'm looking more for function than sexy vixen these days. This suit is a good fit (size 40) ... the fabric feels sturdier than lycra suits I have owned in the past, although the the front suit lining (a different knit) loses its shape a bit faster than the outside fabric (lining also retains its color while the outside layer fades). On the first suit I purchased (in October 2016) the top half was definitely "billowy" (I'm pretty flat) but I get the impression Speedo read everyone's reviews and mitigated the problem, because so far I don't have that problem with suit purchase #2.

See Through & Feels Cheap!
1Horrible. Speedo skimped on this bathing suit. How do you line the front--and only the front of the bathing suit-- and not line the back of the bathing suit? The back of the bathing suit is not lined and is utterly see through in the Sapphire blue. Unacceptable. I refuse to pay over $50 for a bathing suit and have it be see through. Speedo needs to fully line its mid-high priced bathing suits or it simply isn't worth the money. I am so disappointed in Speedo in producing a horrible product. Never again.

Terrible cut
1Masters swimmer 6 days a week This suit used to be great until they changed the cut. Now it doesn't cover your butt. Constantly pulling it down. This suit needs to be brought back to the previous cut/style. Very disappointed in Speedo and have been a loyal customer for decades.
