This suit's material is problematic

I wore this suit once and had burn marks on both arms from the chafing that lasted one week. I returned the suit to Speedo with a note, acknowledging that I had worn it and explaining the problem. I asked them to donate the suit, thinking that perhaps the company would also then make a gesture to me as I had paid full price for the suit. Three months later, the suit came back to me in the mail saying that the purchase label had been removed and that they could not accept it. Clearly nobody read the note. I called Speedo, but was told nothing could be done. I was told that "the managers would be informed" of lmy situation. I am extremely disappointed that nobody at Speedo has contacted me. Do not buy this suit. The material should not be marketed.
