I really like these. They cause you to correct flaws in your stroke, and they are super comfortable. I'm very picky about paddles. Some of them have caused my shoulder to strain. I also used them to do a breaststroke pull drill, and they were great for that.

Just the right size and shape. Great tool to help improve your stroke.

If you're considering buying paddles, don't hesitate. These are great! Increased resistance, powers you through the water, and results in a better workout. I should've bought mine earlier!

I use these paddles several times a week and they are very comfortable, not bulky like the older squares ones were.

I'm a relatively new swimmer (adult) who wants to correct and boost my freestyle stroke as well as improve my upper body strength. So far, I've improved my lap time and have reduced/eliminated my right shoulder pain which, I think was a result of poor "pull" mechanics. I did try swim-gloves beforehand and there really isn't any comparison. These paddles are far superior and very helpful!
