The elasticity is perfect--not too loose to create bagginess and not too tight which would choke the skin.

Excellent fit and very comfortable for lap swimming. Easy to move in.

The suit fits great. I forget I am wearing it while I swim. I wear size 32 pants and ordered 34. Fits good, but not super tight. If you want a real tight fit buy your actual size. The side seam is 4 inches which is longer than most other briefs. For true briefs, these have the most coverage. I like the endurance plus fabric. I have another suit with this fabric and still looks good after 6 months. The draw string is perfect. Made of same fabric as suit and good length. I have others suits made with white cord that is way too long. I am glad I made the switch to briefs. To me they are the most comfortable while swimming laps. This is a good solid suit and would buy it again.

I wear a size 36 pants. I have to purchase Speedo's size 40s to even get them on and even then they are very tight.

I actually tried both a 34 and a 36, the 34 being what their fit guide suggested. I initially thought the 34 was a bit snug, but the 36 was actually somewhat loose, particularly with regards to the amount of fabric that covered the front. The 34 fits and compresses well. It also feels like it'll last a LONG time, but we'll see. The cut is nice as well, coming from a square leg. It's definitely a brief, but not overly tiny.
