Quality construction, but not really 1"

As with other Speedo swim briefs, this suit is quality construction, for good use in lap pools too. However, the suit is not really one-inch, but 100% larger at two inches. It's too much hassle to return these already-on-sale suits, but I certainly would accept replacement suits which are actually one inch (as advertised).
