I am a 135 lb 5'9" guy. I normally buy a small or waist 28 or 30". I do lap swimming 3-4 days a week. I got a 32 and it is still on the tighter side but fits. I bought this because someone mentioned that the speedos do not fade. The last few I bought faded in 1 or 2 months. I will see how this turns out.
