I went up from the recommended 34 to 36. I buy pants in 36. My old 34's were too tight and looked ill fitting. It is nice to have higher cuts legs in front and full coverage in back. The bigger size is definitely roomier in the front and more comfortable all around for me. It looks like it fits well and I did not squeeze into it. So comfy I forgot to try the drawstring tighter. Almost had a wardrobe malfunction after a flip turn :) I do not have lines from the elastic pressed into my skin when I take it off after a swim. The black liner muddies the great color when wet. Though I appreciate it for not getting me too much attention in the pool or locker room ;) Trying out the other lines of swim briefs. Finding the cut to be too low and uncomfortable for my build.

Perfect fit; excellent outer layer.  The dark liner is visible behind the yellow when wet; Speedo should use white or yellow liners (I know some daring swimmers cut out liners, but lighter liners would work, too).

Man this yellow really pops out! is a really bright and fun color! a headturner, no liner in the back which makes it really comfy and sexy. can't wait to use it! be bold! wear a speedo
