My son wears a 22 in the lzr elite 2, and I mistakenly thought he would be able to wear a 22 in the lzr x. However, after purchasing this suit (do love the bright purple color!), and putting it on before his race, it was very apparent that this is a complete redesign of the lzr suits. The suit did not fit him at all (way way way way too small), and I ended up frantically rushing to buy him a lzr elite 2 at the meet. Complete waste of money as he'd taken off the tags before he put the suit on, so I was unable to return it. Was then informed by the on-site sales rep that this suit is a complete redesign from the lzr elite 2 (size wise) and is better suited for swimmers with thick quads (which my son does not have). Incredibly disappointed in this purchase. Stick with the suit that works for your swimmer -- do not be lured in by the "latest and greatest"! (or at the very least, go try it on in a store -- even a stretched out trial suit will give you a good idea of fit).

Great product but don't follow the size chart. Chart had me in a lzr pro x size 23. I actually fit in a 26. Same happened to 2 teammates.

Although I never swam with this suit, and this might vary depending on body type, when I tried it on I found it had a very irregular fit around the hips and groin. It also wrinkled around the cross in the design and by the knees. Good sizing and style but consider trying on the suit to see how it fits before any important competition.

The only thing I have to say is: Which color should I buy next?

This is a great suit but the sizing is wrong, at least for me. my regular suit size is 28 and i find myself to perfectly fit size 24 for this suit. Just a heads up
