breathing has been the hardest part for me while swimming. when I would put all fundamentals together, my form and technic would suffer. when using the Speedo nose clip, I don't have any hesitation or fear of water going up my nose. this is a great tool for anyone to use. 2 thumbs up

I've never used a nose clip before so was not sure what to expect, comfort- and leak-wise. If I get it on just right, it's good about not letting water up my nose. I do not dive, but sometimes I do somersaults and back flips in the water, and only once (the first day) has it slipped and let water in. You have to find just the right angle on your nose. I can imagine that there might be some noses it wouldn't work for, just because people are so different, but I'm happy with it. Now, as for comfort, I can't wear it a long time, but I don't need to. If I had to wear it for more than 15 minutes at a time, it might be a problem, but I am, admittedly, more sensitive than a lot of people. I'd recommend giving this clip a try.

This didn't stay on my nose, AT ALL. This isn't for everyone.

I wish I had bought one of these before buying another competition clip. The competition clip only seems to partially work for me - I find myself constantly having to adjust it, and even then may get water in my nose. Plus it gets tacky after a while and the metal pokes through the cushions. This one, however, actually seals my nose every time and I never have to adjust it. This clip is also extremely comfortable and I don't mind wearing it at all. I can see that it **might** be uncomfortable for people with very large noses, but if you have a normal to smallish nose you should love this clip. I'll repeat what a few others have already said: Make sure you wash any oils/lotions off your nose before using it. If you do that, you will have no problems with this clip staying on. (Note the competition clip slips if oil/lotions are on your nose, too.) Also, this clip does float, so unless you buy the clear version you shouldn't have a problem finding it if you drop it in the water. I like this clip so much I bought two more shortly after buying my first one.

Pretty much useless if your nose is big. It just keeps sliding off and unclipping.
