I bought my first pair of these after I had my Spine Surgery (water therapy was the choice to work back strength), and for that purpose it definitely worked very well in letting me regain strength in my upper body and shoulders (still have nerve damage). They lasted for a year or so, then cracks started showing up. So this is another replacement set for me, they fit easily in my workout pack, and help me maintain the movement and strength in my shoulders, arms that I've worked to regain. All in all, reasonable price.

Decent enough, for light resistance while swimming or rehab I would recommend. Well made and comfortable grip, low price, it's definitely not a bad product.

Difficult to use just not what I thought.

Awesome and useful. I use these for a couple minutes after every swim in the pool. They are like having dumbbells in the water. Great for curls, dips, bench press, fly, arm extensions, etc...
