Deceptive Marketing practices

I got this the Green Hex Brief because it looks like a solid green brief with a hex pattern with similar suit color on the website. I received a black brief with some faint green Pattern on it but it's not as pictured tried to contact customer service about this and I would have to make a trip to UPS to get it returned. Save yourself a trip to UPS if you were eyeing the green one. I usually buy from Speedo a few times a year and the pictures are usually spot on but this is not
