I bought this for myself and typically wear a 00 or 0 in pants so I ordered an XS in bottoms. They squeeze my backside but unfortunately I ripped the tag off too soon and could not return. I would opt for a M next time for more comfort.

I bought this for my daughter who is a lifeguard. The first time she put it on, the waistband ripped vertically in the back between the cross and the word GUARD. Very poor quality.
