If your not shy about showing your body. This is the prefect swim brief. The solar 1 in brief gives full range of motion with limiting any. It's light weight and durable allowing you tow wear it under your regular clothes if you are driving to the pool or gym.

I purchased this suit to wear at the beach to get my tan on. I like the new color navy/gold. It's looks a little different from the picture but I still like it. In low lighting it looks more grey, but in some good light it looks more green. I chose a size 30 and it fits nice and secure. I normally wear a 32 in the core solid brief line. This suit covers the essentials. You need to be confident to wear around others but if you are in great shape you will probably get complements.
