I have been using the Ergo ear plugs for about then years now, different ones of course, and I am always satisfied. The plugs fit well, stay on and are very durable, the average pair lasts  me more than a year, I swim three days a week. 

These have long prices that stick out of the ear so you can't wear them with a swim cap.

I use this product for lap swimming in the pool.

Water always used to get in my ears when swimming & sit in their for hours after. But these ear plugs have done a great job at keeping them out during my swim.

This is crazy! HOW DOES THIS PRODUCT FIT IN YOUR EAR? That's all i'm trying to find out and I can't get an answer anywhere. Just a simple illustration will do. I want to make sure that I am inserting and wearing it correctly. You've got a fat flap end. Does the flap end go up? down? toward the outside of ear? toward the inside? CAN YOU PLEASE, PLEASE ANSWER THE QUESTION!!!!!
