The goggles are easy to adjust with only one back band to place over your head.  They stay on for my usually 2.5 K five-day-a-week daily workout and don't spring leaks. I just purchased the smoky lenses for the first time and can't wait to see how they perform!

I have been swimming six times a week for more than 30 years. This is the only goggle that does not leak at all while I swim. This also holds true for my son. The goggles do need to be replaced at least once a year, but it is well worth it. The anti fog wears off as in all goggles. I use Rain-X anti fog to keep my googles from fogging. It works great. Simply the best!

This are great google, probably is not the best one but it works just fine if you are a recreational swimmer like me. If you are aa high performance athlete you might want something different. It has adjustable straps so ju can customize it to the sass of your head and you nose, this is key if you don't want the water to come in, however it foogs a little bit. Great product over all

lap swimming

Just started lap swimming and bought the cheapest goggles just to see if I was going to stick with it. Turns out they work great. If I need another pair and stick with the lap swimming I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again.
