Will not recommend.

I bought this about a week ago and so far I think its pretty nice. It works even better than most Speedo swimming caps, which already reduce drag during lap swimming. My one big complaint is the sizing. It fits the head somewhat, but even the large size is a bit hard to put on. However if you can get past that, it is great.

i am a woman and ordered a size large after reading the reviews. the cap is too tight to wear for any length of time. it is very durable, i would like it in an extra large size. yes i would recommend this to a friend who has a smaller head.

I ordered this cap for my husband because he has problems with caps riding up as he swims. The description on this cap made it sound like it would do that. When he received it it was way to small. Would be great if it was an xlarge and made for long hair.
