Solid Strappy Bikini Top

Love the top but it runs small. I'm usually a medium but need to return and grab a large.

This top runs very small. I purchased it in multiple sizes after a customer service representative told me I would be able to return the wrong sizes for free. Once I returned my items, they charged me for return shipping and didn't refund me the correct amount. After spending a half hour with customer service explaining the math to them and three refunds later I thought I was finished. A week later not all of my return money had been returned to my credit card. I contacted customer service again and they rectified the issue. Two weeks later, Speedo returned this top to me noting it was in unacceptable condition for return even though I didn't even try it on, it is in perfect condition, and has the original tags and plastic packing bag. They offered no additional explanation or next steps in the process, like if they were going to recharge me for it. This has been uniquely difficult and I will never purchase or recommend Speedo again. They also ship their items with an unnecessarily large amount of plastic waste. Get it together guys.
