Bit small 4 chin length hair

Other than a bit small it meets my needs. I have chin length hair. If it was shorter erhaps ca would feel better

Color does not match website + poor customer service

The actual color of the "Sapphire" cap does not match the color on the website. The color is much darker and more of a navy blue or royal blue. Moreover, when I contacted customer service, I was told by Christine (the "customer service" rep) that I was wrong about the color, and that I would be responsible for paying the return shipping. I will not be purchasing from Speedo again.

Worth every penny

I am so happy with this cap. It is easy to get on and off. Doesn't slip, but doesn't pull my hair. It is lighter than the rubber cap I was using previously, so swimming in the Summer heat is not so oppressive.

I love this swimming cap

I have been swimming for years and this cap is the best one that I have ever used. It doesn't stick together like the Silicone or Latex caps and it fits comfortably - holiding the hair in, but not too tight on one's head. Assuming it lasts (which it seems like it will), I will buy it again.

The Only Cap I Wear

For the last few years I have worn only Speedo Elastomeric caps, and have made a few sales for Speedo when I let friends try on my cap. They are durable and especially soft and comfortable. They fit snugly and well, and do their job without pulling on hair or feeling tight. Best swim cap ever!

Great cap, terrible customer service

The cap is good and works great. That part is lovely. But the experience of buying it from Speedo was poor. I ordered two caps, one pink for my boyfriend and one black for me. The order was processed, I received an order confirmation email, and I awaited their arrival. A handful of days later I received an email saying that the pink cap was out of stock, that it had been cancelled, and that the black cap had been sent. If I had been contacted regarding the out of stock cap, I simply would have selected an alternate color, then both would have still arrived at the same time. Instead, I paid full shipping costs, and only ended up with one cap. After it arrived, almost two weeks after ordering, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service to try to get an alternate color sent with no additional shipping costs, since I'd already paid for that, and was told that they couldn't actually place the order for me. Instead what I was told to do was to place my order on the site, write a note in the order about my issues, then call back and explain that the shipping costs should be refunded. Yeah I don't think so. I'd already spent way too long trying to get what I originally ordered two weeks prior. I really try to buy directly from companies, or from small shops, and avoid places like Amazon whenever I can, but businesses need to understand that customers do not want hassles like this. To get the pink one I wanted, when I hung up after my 20 minute call, I simply went to Amazon and purchased the pink hat with free shipping, and it arrived the next day. Speedo, please make the experience hassle free so we have a reason to keep buying directly from you and not through places like Amazon.
