Started great but didn't last.

I loved this suit when I first got it. I swim three times a week so the suit gets about 5 hours a week of exposure to a salt water pool (first 2 months) and now a chlorine pool. The suit was very comfortable and I really enjoyed wearing it. I rinse it out every time and have washed in cool water and always dry in the bathroom. Unfortunately it has not lasted well at all. I got the suit around the 10th of March 2022 and as of yesterday, May 23rd it is no longer wearable. It is stretched out and badly degraded in the front and where the straps come together in the back. Very disappointed since the suit is supposed to last for 300 hours. I got less than 75 hours of use from this suit. For the money it is really a disappointment. Suits suitable for lap swimming are hard to find in plus sizes so I was thrilled to find this one but when my second one (ordered before this one fell apart so badly) is used up I'll probably go back to a Land's End suit which lasted longer but was not as comfortable. Speedo should be able to do better!

Good fit but worn out in 8 months

I am a plus girl who swims serious laps. This suit fit well and was comfortable for swimming. I like the racerback. I did buy a size larger than necessary because I have a long torso and didn't want my shoulders to get cut into by the straps. So the bad wear is definitely not because of my body "straining" the suit. However, the fabric is losing all stretch and fading quite badly. I alternate suits, so this is only worn 2-3 times a week. I always rinse it out immediately, then wash every other time in cold water and always dry on a rack inside, never in the sun. I bought this in August of 2021, so it's not even a year old yet. It is all saggy and baggy and thin, so I will need to retire it. Compare this to my Lands End tugless tank suit, which is 3 years older, was for a time my only lap swimming suit, and still has all its stretch, though it, too has faded. Much superior fabric by Lands End for similar price point. (Disappointed that Speedo was only available in black. Plus girls like colors and patterns, too. Navy, purple, teal, maroon would all be good colors if you think big girls should stay conservative. An all-over pattern is flattering, BTW. )

Yes, I've had many speedo suits since I was 12 yrs old.

Seems to fit well. I have a longer torso so I wasn't sure if it would fit, since I've gain some weight. Haven't been able to try it in the pool yet because of COVID. ??

Faded and sagging after 2 months

Spandex and polyester - this suit has seen 4-6 days of swimming a week (4-5 miles of swimming a week) and is now sagging and faded after just two months. I've been careful to wash it with fresh water after swimming and hang it to dry every single day. I want a true racing suit - no cups, no padding, racerback, and made of LYCRA, not this rag clearly made by designers who clearly believe that fat women can't actually swim laps for a duration and frequency that necessitate a higher quality suit. I'm okay with paying more, but I want the same thoughtful design and material quality they provide skinnier women. THIS suit is not it. Speedo needs to listen to plus-size lap swimmers and provide the same quality materials and construction in suits they offer thinner swimmers. This suit is a waste of money.

Yes, I would buy this swim suit again.

The swim suit is very easy to get on and off. It is also easy to get off when it is wet witch is important to me. It feels so nice against my body when I swim. The straps do not droop as they do with some suits I have purchased. I would have preferred to have the conservative rather than the moderate because I feel that I would get a little more coverage on the upper body and my legs. The one thing that disappointed me is that the leg openings are to loose. I tend to have to sew an extra piece of elastic in the leg openings to feel comfortable. Otherwise, I really like the swim suit and enjoy wearing it. Thank you for a fine Swimsuit.

I really like this suit!

I really like the suit and it's pretty comfortable, but I am a bit long waisted, so the breast cups are a bit low on my body. Other than that, it's a great suit!

Not my preference

Bring back the conservative option. Same size, but the moderate cut, while it fits, it feels short. The conservative cut is longer. I only got this because the conservative option wasn't an option.

Comfortable and Supportive

I used this swimsuit for a sprint triathlon and it worked perfectly! Stayed in place, was supportive and comfortable. Used it for all three events and was very happy with it.

Fell apart quickly

I am a swim instructor, and at the time of owning this suit I was only in the water maybe 10 hours per week. After less than 2 weeks, this suit began to lose its lining and discolor tremendously. After a month the outer layer began to fall apart and rip as I took the suit off. I was vigilant in taking it off, bringing it home, rinsing it under cold water, and hanging it up to dry. This fabric simply didn't hold up.
