Easy -to-use & beneficial handle paddles
These paddles are simple to put on and adjust. As other reviewers have mentioned, they provide an increased arm workout & easy focus. I got these Nemesis contour paddles in a medium and they fit my women's (ring size 7) hands perfectly.

Comfortable paddles
As a former competitive swimmer who's used to long practice sessions, these paddles are great. They're a big step up from the flat, rectangular paddles I used on various teams for a decade. They cup to the natural shape of your hand as it moves through the water, helping eliminate weird hand cramps and wrist strain. Highly recommend.

Love these paddles!
I absolutely love these paddles! I'd been using a much larger pair for years, but when they started causing shoulder pain I knew it was time for something new. After reading other users' reviews of these I decided to give them a try, and I haven't been disappointed. First, they really force you to use good technique, including entering the water with flat palm, an elbow-high catch, and finishing your stroke (each of which, incidentally, seem to lessen my shoulder discomfort). Second, in doing so they help you build the strength necessary to use good technique consistently. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to improve their technique.
