I wear only Elastomeric caps myself and bought this one as a gift for a little family member. These caps are texturized on on the inside and are especially soft and comfortable. They don't pull on children's hair, and they don't begin to feel tight after a few minutes' wear. This means one fewer thing to distract a child during swimming lessons.
