Effective
After returning to the pool in June of 2020, and now 750,000+ yards later, I have recently incorporated these paddles into my training (training for IRONMAN - ocean water swim) to further develop my shoulder and arm strength. I swam 750 meters today of my 3,000 meter swim and my shoulders and upper back feel like I did a bunch of lateral pull downs with weights. Can't believe how noticeably different I feel using these. The added resistance is good. Look forward to getting stronger in the water which will be necessary for the ocean.
