(Model adjusts sides and legs of the suit) Voiceover: �It should take approximately 10-20 minutes to get on every time.�

(Model puts on kneeskin, then close up shot of model flipping the leg grippers up)Voiceover: �Enter the suit through the neck like a traditional practice swimsuit. Flip up the leg grippers to make the suit easier to put on.�

(Model pulls up suit little by little up her legs) Voiceover: �Be careful to use your fingertips rather than your nails. You�ll notice the high compression as soon as you step into the suit for the first time. Move the straps out of the way. Keep working the leg fabric up bit by bit, slowly moving both legs up evenly.�

(Model pulls suit up over hips) Voiceover: �Do not let the top of the suit roll over. When the suit is over the hips, start to pull the suit up and into position.�

(Model pulls up suit over bust)Voiceover: �Work the suit up gently. Try to hold onto the seams and not the single layers of fabric. Put the shoulder straps on and reposition into the correct place.�

(Model�s partner comes in to help pull up and adjust the shoulder straps on the suit) Voiceover: �You will most likely need someone to help you with the straps because of how tight the suit is. Your partner can help lift the straps over each arm.�

(Model�s partner helps adjust the back straps around the shoulder blades)Voiceover: �Once the straps are on, your partner can help you reposition the straps in between your shoulder blades.�

(Model adjusts shoulder straps and sides of suit) Voiceover: �Continue to work the suit into the most comfortable position for you.�
